About Floristry & Flowers by Fiona
Inspired by Nature, Flowers and Community
I grew up on a farm in Gloucestershire and have always needed to feel connected to the earth, the sky, the weather and the changing seasons.
Despite a successful medical career and many years of city living, that feeling never left me.
When I decided to move on from the NHS, a new path seemed to rise naturally ahead of me. I wanted to grow my own flowers, turn my love of floral design into a business and learn more about the environmental impact of the flower industry.
I also wanted to support local growers and businesses, become more involved in the community where we live and use flowers to give something back.
The result is my small business, Floristry & Flowers by Fiona.
Every step has been a joy, including the difficult ones. I learn something new every day and continue to be inspired by the flowers I grow, the people I meet and the conversations shared along the way.

Our Team
Meet Our Professional Florist
Grower, florist, designer, sheep keeper and enthusiastic flower lover.
Fiona is responsible for growing, sourcing and arranging the flowers, meeting customers and developing each bespoke design.
Sasha helps with digging, fetching and carrying and also enjoys the retail side of the business.
Her mum, Clover, manages the important schedule of meals, snacks and treats.
We keep a small flock of pedigree Dutch Spotted sheep.
Their fleeces are used throughout the garden and in selected floral work. Fleece makes an excellent natural mulch, weed suppressant and slug deterrent. It can also be spun or felted for use in creative designs.
Floristry Workshops
Fiona also hosts seasonal floristry workshops where guests can enjoy working with natural materials and create their own floral designs in a relaxed setting.
